POLIN Museum of the History of Polish Jews in Warsaw awarded our entanglement and popularizing "Daffodil Action" - started by a prominent Polish cardiologist and the last leader of the Uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto, Marek Edelman. Our high school community joined th action on April 19th this year, giving paper daffodils to their friends, teachers, and guests to keep the memory alive. The organizer and the initiator was Mr Janusz Woźniak. This year, the event was special as we celebrated the 75th anniversary of the outbreak of the Uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto. That day, the delegation from our school put flowers - daffodils - on the monument of the Heroes of the Ghetto.
