Students interested in continuing their education in the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme at the Melchior Wańkowicz Private High School are requested to submit the required admission documents.

Required documents (accepted formats: .jpg, .png, .pdf, .bmp, .doc):

Completed application form for the IB Diploma Programme (form available on the school’s website).
A scanned copy of the most recent school report.
A transcript of grades from the current academic year, certified by the school.
Certificates of extracurricular achievements, such as competitions, academic Olympiads, sports accomplishments, artistic achievements (music, fine arts), language certificates, or involvement in charitable, social, or environmental activities.

Additional Information:

To be eligible for the entrance examination, all required documents must be submitted.
The mathematics exam is available in both Polish and English, and the use of a calculator is permitted.
The exam fee of 150 PLN must be paid at the school office or transferred to the school's account prior to the exam.
