IB DP Students Educate Seniors with MOPS Katowice
Can third-year high school students teach seniors about online safety? Adam and Seweryn prove they certainly can! As 1st-year IB DP students, they conducted another session of "Internet Without Traps" workshops as part of the "Zwolnieni z Teorii" Olympiad. This project is integrated into the "Senior in a Big City" initiative, organized by MOPS Katowice.
The latest educational stops were Dąb and Załęże. Nearly 30 participants benefited from the expertise of these young leaders, who passionately explained how to navigate digital threats. The blend of the IB program's rigorous mindset with the life experience of Katowice's seniors resulted in a remarkable intergenerational exchange. Huge thanks to MOPS Katowice for trusting these young changemakers!
