Integration time and fun with sports in Wańkowicz
From 27 to 29 September 2017, the whole community of Wańkowicz gathered together to integrate, to have fun and do some sports in Las Vegas Hotel in Barcice, situated near Stary Sącz. The conditions and the weather made our trip a very successful one. Most high schoolers graded it 11 on the scale from 1 to 10 :) Why? Well, there are several reasons. A wonderful hotel, delicious, home-made food. Fabulous people. Plus: three days of paintball, trekking over the trees in Rope Park Lemur in Stary Sącz, playing bubble soccer. Volunteers could also raft down the Poprad river between Rytro and Barcice. We paid a visit to Galicia Town in Nowy Sącz, where we enjoyed marvellous coffee and home-made cake. Then, a historian showed us around Stary Sącz. Volunteers could use spa with sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel to relax. We wished we could stay there longer.
