National Education Day
On Friday, October 12th, the community of our high school celebrated the National Education Day.
During the ceremony, our first graders - students from 1LO class of the Polish Matura Program and 0DP class of IB DP Program - took an oath, thus becoming aware of their rights and duties as students of M. Wańkowicz Private High School.
Also, videos produced to promote our school were presented during the ceremony. All movies were very interesting, but the one prepared by 2LO class won.
Congratulations for your creativity and performance!
The school choir, lead by Ms Katarzyna Wróblewska, enriched the ceremony with beautiful music.
One of the events of the ceremony was handing the cheque to the representative of "OREW" education centre in Katowice-Giszowiec. Members of PTPI, during the European Conference in September, raised money for charity to support the burnt building of the educational centre for disabled children.
At the end, representatives of the school community handed flowers to the Headmistress, the Teachers, and all employees of the school.
