Ostern mal anders - workshops for high school
"Ostern mal anders" is an innovative project organized by German Education Association from Opole and Polish Association of German Language Teachers from Katowice. The target of the workshops were junior high school students, high school students, and teachers of German language from Silesian and Opole provinces. It was based on an innovative visitation method, in which students were involved along with the teachers. Such a form of cooperation encouraged broadening knowledge and sharing ideas.
Students actively participated in exercises, supervised by the teachers.
Teachers received a certificate to confirm their participation in the project and all materials, along with presentations and lesson scripts. These materials will be useful for conducting similar lessons before Easter.
The workshops were conducted by Ms Katarzyna Sroka, MA, a German teacher from Complex of Academic Schools by Wrocław University of Technology, a city guide from Tourist Association TUiTAM, a member of Polish Association of German Language Teachers council in Wrocław.
The project was initiated by Ms Małgorzata Bubik, MA.
