Our school at the international education conference in Bucharest
ECNAIS — the European Council of National Associations of Independent Schools — organized an annual international conference, this time in Bucharest. The event brought together representatives of private schools from all over Europe, MEPs, and a representative from the Romanian Ministry of Education, creating a space for the exchange of experiences and discussion about the future of education.
Our school was represented by Ms. Jolanta Kałuża, the Principal, at the invitation of Ms. Sofia Reis, PhD (Portugal). In the panel "Leading schools for the future: Creating Innovative and Influential Learning Environments", she presented a speech entitled "The Future of Education." In her presentation, she shared the knowledge and experience she had gained from leading our school for many years. Her talk was met with great enthusiasm, which we are proud of and confirms that the wider community also recognises the direction we have chosen.
The conference discussed key educational challenges and monitored ways to take advantage of emerging opportunities, while the participants visited an international kindergarten and schools in Bucharest. Participants had the opportunity to take part in demonstration lessons, which generated a lot of interest. The event culminated with a gala dinner, fostering further conversations and the exchange of inspiration.
Participating in the conference was a unique honor and an opportunity to see education from an international perspective. We would like to thank the organizers for inviting us to this inspiring event. Its value will certainly influence our further development.
