Our Valentine's Day School Mail is just starting!
Do you remember our last year's Valentine's Day Charity Mail? Another edition is just starting! From Tuesday, January 16, you will be able to buy a selected Valentine's Day postage stamp and envelope and send your loved one an anonymous declaration of love. This year, the money collected from the sale of stamps will be used to help a resident of our city, an elderly, seriously sick and very lonely lady who is struggling with a serious illness and her income is not sufficient to cover the costs of buying food, medicines and heating the apartment. Our Japanese teacher, whom many of us know, is trying to help the old woman, and we will ask her to be a go-between in providing our help.
As recently, we have prepared for you several new, beautiful designs of our Valentine's Day postage stamps in various denominations. We believe that - just like last year - the most sought after ones will be those with the faces of the teachers chosen in a vote by the students themselves! We are counting on your open hearts and many times proven generosity.
