The Third of May, Live History Lesson
Members of our school community commemorated the anniversary of establishing the Constitution of May. The performance was prepared for students of primary school, middle school, and high school.
During the official part of the ceremony, the historical background was presented, along with a multimedia presentation.
The school choir enriched the artistic part by performing a few songs connected with the celebration.
This year, the celebration was finished with the "Live History Lesson" show. The performance was shown by professional actors, whose costumes resembled the 18th century outfits.
The scenario encompassed the highlights of the Polish history, in the period between the second half of the 18th century and the first part of the 20th century.
Students had a unique chance to participate in the show and act out the roles predicted in the script. Later, students from the audience had a chance to take pictures with actors dressed in 18th century outfits.
The performance was widely acclaimed by the audience.
