Trip to Prague
June in our school is travel month! This year, class 3 of high school, together with their teacher, Mrs. Monika Pawłowska and Ms. Klaudia Lebiecka, set out to conquer the capital of the Czech Republic - Prague.
The journey took place by train. Young people experienced the charms of this picturesque city on foot. Living in the very center of the capital, we could walk to the National Museum, visit Hradcany, and there the castle, the cathedral of St. Vitus, Church of St. George, and the famous Golden Lane. During our long wanderings, we looked for traces of the Golem and Franz Kafka in Josefov, and the culmination of the trip was the cable car ride to the picturesque Petrin Hill.
It was a time not only to delve into the art, history, and customs of another country but above all, to integrate and recharge the batteries before the last year and high school graduation.
