A remarkable meeting took place August 29th in the assembly hall of our school. Participants of Eurocyberteacher Project, funded by European Erasmus + KA1 program, presented their experiences to their colleagues.

The Project turned out to be a success at its earliest stage. Eight teachers were involved. The application for funding itself caused some trouble as views and opinions clashed. However, the Coordinator of the Project, Ms Kasia Papas-Rotko, lead the whole situation to a happy ending. All documents were completed and our Project was accepted.

Erasmus + KA1 concerns teachers' mobility – for this reason, the participants chose their courses: in Great Britain, Malta and Italy. Seven participants have already attended their trainings – they told us about their experiences and the skills gained. Extensive reports are available at https://www.facebook.com/eurocyberteacher/?fref=ts and www.eurocyberteacher.blog.pl

Next year, one more training will take place in the summertime, in Italy. But we can already state that this form of education is creative and needed in all possible ways. We must not limit ourselves to our environment. We should open our minds and exchange experiences by learning from others. The trainings resulted in establishing a lot of contacts, both in private and professionally.

We would like to thank our Headmistress, Ms Jolanta Kałuża for her enthusiasm and support for the European Programs, and, above all, for always being there for us. Also, we would like to thank Ms Kasia Papas-Rotko for her professionalism and leadership both at the stage of filing the application and of realizing the project. Our Accountant for caring for the financial aspects. And all the participants, for their zeal, willingness and action.

During the school year, the participants are going to organize trainings for teachers and students, in order to share their skills and knowledge.
