"No To Bullying" – the summary of the project
The Erasmus+ project has come to an end. The participants in this important initiative were our Wańkowicz High School and partners from Turkey, Portugal, and Romania. The project included four mobilities:
Romania – Gymnasium in Răstoaca,
Poland – stay at our high school in Katowice,
Turkey – unfortunately, due to the catastrophic earthquake, we did not visit our friends at the school in Ardiçli (Hassa), but met in Sakarya, east of Istanbul,
Portugal – visit to the school in Paredes de Coura.

Project name: Erasmus+ “NO to Bullying” 2022-2023
Duration: 1.04.2022 - 1.04.2024
Objectives:
The objectives of this Erasmus+ project focused on addressing and preventing bullying in various environments such as schools, communities, and online platforms.
Participants:
Romania: Școala Gimnazială "Profesor Grozea Nicu", Răstoaca
Poland: Prywatne Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. M. Wańkowicza w Katowicach
Portugal: Agrupamento de Escolas de Paredes de Coura
Turkey: Ardıçlı Borsa Yatılı Bölge Ortaokulu
Results:
Raised awareness and understanding of bullying behaviours and their impacts on individuals and communities.
Discussed the importance of prevention strategies, including the promotion of positive behaviour and conflict resolution skills.
Advocated for the development and implementation of anti-bullying policies, through activities such as making posters and engaging with high-ranking officials.
Conducted research to better understand the causes of bullying.
Evaluated the impact on human rights and children's rights.
Improved collaboration between countries and international youth.
The Erasmus+ "NO to Bullying" project concluded successfully, contributing to increased awareness of bullying behaviours and their impact on individuals and communities. During the project, prevention strategies were discussed, including the promotion of positive behaviour and conflict resolution skills. An important achievement of the project was also advocating for the development and implementation of anti-bullying policies through creating posters and engaging with high-ranking officials. The research conducted helped to better understand the causes of bullying and evaluate its impact on human rights and children's rights. As a result, collaboration between countries and youth at the international level has improved.
