From 20 to 24 September, students of the Private Primary School "Szkoła jak Dom" and Melchior Wańkowicz Private High School participated in a trip to Bavaria and Tyrol organized by Mr. Daniel Szeja. The caregivers were: Małgorzata Andrysiak, Ariadne Bell Vives, Małgorzata Piotrowska-Hachuła and Magdalena Lenczowska.

On Tuesday morning, after an overnight journey by coach, we arrived in Munich. The first point of the trip was the Allianz Arena. We watched the impressive size of the stands that can seat 75,000 spectators and visited the particular facilities. The locker of Robert Lewandowski in the club's locker room aroused the greatest interest. Then we visited the "BMW Welt" or "BMW World", where we admired the latest models of cars of the most famous Bavarian automotive concern. Everyone could take a picture in a selected car or feel like a rally driver, going crazy on simulators. Then we went to the museum part and looked at vintage BMW models. After this tiring day, we arrived at the hotel in Austria for a delicious dinner.

The next day, we had a very exciting walk on the suspension bridge in Reutte, Austria. The bridge hangs 114 meters high and was a challenge for many of the trip participants. When the emotions subsided, we went to Schwangau, Germany. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic and the limited number of tickets, we did not manage to visit the fairy-tale Neuschwanstein Castle, but we entered the nearby Hohenschwangau Castle, where the King of Bavaria - Ludwig the Second spent his childhood and youth. In the afternoon we went for a walk around Neuschwanstein Castle.

On the last day of the trip, we took a cable car to the Zugspitze - the highest peak in the German Alps. We were lucky because the weather was good and we could admire the beautiful views. Later we went to Garmisch-Partenkirchen, where we walked among beautifully painted houses and admired the famous hill, whose record was broken by Adam Małysz in 2001. In the afternoon we went to Munich. We saw, among other things, the New Town Hall with a moving clock.

It was the last point of the trip. After an overnight journey, we arrived in Katowice tired but very satisfied.
