Workshops with an intern at Kids' Kitchen
Leah, an intern from Germany, organized cooking workshops in Kids' Kitchen for students of 0DP 1 and 0DP 2 classes. The meeting began with a presentation of popular German dishes. The students analyzed the recipes, performed several tasks to consolidate vocabulary, and then started the practical part. Students prepared the dough for pretzels and American cookies. Both of these specialties are very popular in the south of Germany. All participants had a great time! At the end of the workshops, everyone enjoyed the hand-made specialties.
